TIS Welcomes the Year of the Snake
The International School of Macao (TIS) held a celebration to welcome the Year of the Snake on January 24, 2025, at the school campus. Centred around the Tang Dynasty, the event aimed to immerse students, parents, and staff in the rich tapestry of Chinese culture.
The celebration featured a diverse array of activities and performances, including traditional dragon and lion dances, followed by student performances. These performances were a testament to the countless hours and immense dedication of TIS Secondary students, showcasing their artistic talents and cultural elegance. One of the highlights of the day was the fashion show featuring Tang Dynasty attire. This was a unique experience for students, parents and staff to experience the allure of Chinese historical culture firsthand.
