Sports Day 2022

On Tuesday, January 11, the School held the annual Sports Day at the MUST track & field organized by the PE Team and Athletic Council.

As students, teachers and staff arrived dressed in their House Team t-shirts, the field was slowly painted in blue, yellow, black and green - the colours that show their allegiance.

All Secondary students enthusiastically participated in several events: track, long jump, javelin, shot put, softball and triple jump. No one seemed too concerned about the chilly and humid weather conditions that Macau’s climate had surprised us with that morning. The day was filled with fierce competition and lots of fun for everyone, including the crowds of students cheering for their fellow peers and house team mates. Teachers were happy to see students being active and enjoying their outdoor time; a welcome change of scenery from the usual classroom.

Then, a lunch worthy of champions followed with none other than burgers and salads for our hungry teenage students and teachers.

The day was a blend of fun and mass participation, with other games for primary students to participate in too.

Well done to all the students and teachers who organized and participated in Sports Day with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and school spirit!
