We're Heading To Texas!

After an intense 13 hours of competition on Sunday, January 26th, the TIS V5RC team 85301X, known as "No!", was awarded Excellence Award - the highest honour in any VEX Robotics tournament. This victory not only secured the Macao Championship title but also earned them the opportunity to represent Macao at the VEX World Championship in Dallas, Texas.

Honourable Mentions:

All other V5RC teams successfully reached and captained an elimination round alliance (playoffs)! Team V went undefeated in the qualifiers and faced Team X in a thrilling semi-final showdown

Team 85301G earned the Innovate Award in the younger VIQRC division:

Moreover, Head Coach Mr. Flower remarked, "Our VIQRC teams (grades 4+) have shown incredible growth this season. It was incredible to watch."

This journey has not only been about competition but also about fostering essential skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, and resilience. Each team member contributed their unique strengths, showcasing the power of teamwork. As they navigated challenges and celebrated victories, they learned valuable lessons that extend beyond the robotics arena.
