TIS Celebrates the Year of the Horse
Thank you to our Chinese Department, students, parents and staff for helping us honour and welcome the new year! The day was filled with student performances, traditional dragon and lion dances, and the mesmerising face-changing Bian Lian (变脸), showcasing our rich traditions and community spirit.
One of the standout moments was the highly anticipated parent performance of Qing Ping Le (清平樂), a beautiful piece celebrating peace and joy, encapsulating the essence of the New Year. This dedicated group of parents trained rigorously with professional instructors from the Macau Chunyu Cultural and Art Association, and their hard work truly shone through!
As we step into the Year of the Horse, we wish everyone a prosperous year, filled with wisdom and insightful teachings!
