TIS Benefit Concert 2026
The International School of Macao (TIS) proudly hosted its Benefit Concert 2026, an evening that celebrated the diverse talents of our students and staff. This year’s concert successfully raised a total of 15,700 MOP for a local charity.
The Benefit Concert is part of a long-standing TIS charitable tradition, first launched in 2009. The beneficiary this year was the Fuhong Society of Macau, a local non-profit organisation that specialises in supporting people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness through rehabilitation, vocational training, and social enterprises.
Planned, organised, and overseen entirely by the TIS High School Student Council (HSSC), the event reflected months of dedicated behind-the-scenes work, including audiovisual coordination, lighting, ticket sales, and promotional materials. This year’s line-up included a total of 24 performances, ranging from dancing, singing, and musical performances, to returning favourites like the Chinese yo-yo (diabolo). Continuing the tradition, teachers and staff members also participated, featuring band performances and group dances.
More than just a showcase of creativity, the Benefit Concert serves as a symbol of school unity and TIS’ commitment to charitable causes. It not only grants a platform for our students and staff to express their artistic expression, but a way to foster values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility, as we continue #LightingTheWay to positive changes in our community.
