Originally from Quebec, Canada, Chris Adank is an educator and leader passionate about helping students achieve their goals and find educational pathways that allow them to thrive. At TIS, Chris works closely with teachers throughout the school year to strengthen teaching and learning, support IB programmes, and facilitate initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
Chris received his Bachelors of Education from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and also holds a M. Ed in Curriculum & Instruction from the American College of Education. In his previous leadership roles, Chris served as K-12 Curriculum Coordinator in an international school in Seoul, South Korea, and as IBDP Assistant Coordinator here at TIS. In addition to his leadership roles, he also teaches IBDP Economics and IBDP French.
Chris is joined here in Macao by his wife and son and is excited to be introducing new educational pathway for students at TIS while continuing the school’s legacy of excellence in education.
