TIS x RCM Charity Concert 2026 Event
The International School of Macao proudly hosted the TIS x RCM Charity Concert 2026 in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Macau (RCM). This year’s concert not only featured an impressive lineup of over 140 talented student musicians, but also served as the inauguration ceremony for the Interact Club of The International School of Macao (TIS).
The concert aimed to raise funds for charity while showcasing the musical talents of our students. Guided by Ms. Iris Chu, TIS secondary music teacher, performers delivered a lively selection of acts, from solo performances to ensembles including a clarinet quartet, brass quintet, and string orchestra. The repertoire ranged from Baroque classics to contemporary hits, highlighting the exceptional skills of our young artists.
One of the event highlights was the inauguration of the Interact Club of The International School of Macao (TIS), supported by the RCM. This milestone represents a significant step for student-led service initiatives in our community, as the club focuses on identifying and supporting community service projects.
The concert raised funds for the Cradle of Hope Association, an NGO dedicated to providing shelter, care, and education for abandoned and at-risk children in Macau. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, we proudly donated MOP 49,680 to support this vital mission, ensuring these children receive the care and opportunities they deserve.
TIS will continue to create opportunities for growth and service that enrich the lives of our students, and of those in the wider community. We look forward to building on this success in the future, reaffirming our commitment to artistic excellence and community service.
